DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1) Door-to-Door Delivery
What is it?
The courier service will collect the parcel from us in Cape Town and deliver to your residence or place of work.
When do I get my order?
Deliveries are made during working hours. Normally, delivery can take anything from 24 to 72 hours, if you are in an outlying area if might take slightly longer. This does not include public holidays and weekends. Keep in mind that certain extreme outlying areas are only serviced by our courier on specific days of the week. We deliver during normal working hours.
What is the cost?
R100 for Brackenfell & Cape Town area.
R200 for the rest of South Africa, major cities only.
R250 for Outlaying Areas.
We do not ship outside of RSA.
Can I track my order?
Tracking details are sent via dispatch email from Ozone Vitality. The tracking link will tell you when you are due to receive your order.
2) Send your Own Courier
What is it?
Upon placing your order, you can choose to collect – this is purely if you want to send your own courier, no personal collections allowed.
When will my order be ready for collection?
Your order will be ready to collect within 2-3 working days. We will send you an email to let you know as well.
DELIVERY & LEAD TIMES
Delivery is done via various courier services. A tracking number and the tracking page link to keep track of your order will be supplied to you.
Deliveries are only made on business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). For orders outside the main cities, please allow additional time for delivery.
Your order will only be processed once we have received your payment and it has cleared in our bank account.
Ozone Vitality Online Shop cannot take liability for orders delivered to an address (supplied by the client) that is incomplete or wrong and the client will be responsible for any fees incurred.
If a package should be refused upon delivery, the client will be liable for all delivery fees.
Our parcels are unfortunately not insured - so please do make contact with us to request insurance on your parcel additionally.
Deliveries are done throughout South Africa – deliveries to main cities are usually quicker.
Our delivery lead times are about 2 to 5 working days as a standard to main cities with door-to-door courier. Should anything change, we’ll be in contact with you.
We make use of various couriers within South Africa.
We do not courier to outside of South Africa.
